I’m Krisy Clayton with Y Realty, the Realtor behind Krisy Sells Homes.

I’ve worked in Washington real estate since 2005 and Arizona real estate since 2017. Fountain Hills is my primary market, and I also serve Scottsdale, Gilbert, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Mesa and Tempe. I help buyers and sellers with downsizing, one-story homes and empty nest moves.

Born and raised in Washington, I came to Arizona for the sunshine and empty nest lifestyle. I help clients think through layout, upkeep, guest space and location, including video tours for out-of-state buyers. As an empty nester myself, I understand that choosing your next home can be both practical and emotional.
